The trailer leveling valve with the dump feature from Our Products is a direct replacement for the original equipment manufacturer’s HV9990. It can be used with Peterbilt 330, 335, 348, 357, 359, 377, 378, 379, 579, and 587 models, Freightliner M2 106 Class trucks 2012 models, and Barksdale. The leveling valve is equipped with 5 ports with 1/4″ NPT fittings for air connections. The multiple ports of the valve ensure proper airflow regulation for controlling the suspension. It is available with an 8” bent leveler which makes it flexible for installation and adjustments to suit different vehicle configurations. • Easy Installation: For installing the trailer leveling valve, you first need to depressurize the air suspension safely and disconnect the old valve. Then you should mount the new valve using the two provided studs connect the airlines with Teflon tape, and secure the height control arm to the suspension. After this, you can repressurize the system. Do not forget to check for leaks and test the valve’s functionality to ensure proper height adjustment and dump feature operation.
