Installation: For installing the leveling valve using the provided items in the kit, you need to begin by exhausting the air from the system. Once done, disconnect the linkage and airlines. Now remove the old valve and mount the new one on the bracket, reconnect the airlines, and adjust the valve arm at the correct ride height. You can use the provided centering pin to locate the dead band mode, connect the linkage, and tighten the locknuts to secure assembly. At last, make sure proper alignment of the linkage at 90 degrees and remove the centering pins.
Precautions:
- Keep the vehicle firmly supported by a jack stand before you begin the installation.
- Do not forget to release the air from the system before disassembly as it can cause serious injury or damage.
- Maintain proper alignment while positioning the linkage.
