Our 42″ Steel Tube Post for 3-ribbed Guard Rails – Yellow Powder Coated is a key component of the guardrail system. It provides stability and support to connect guard rails and create pathways in warehouses, protect personnel in production areas and vehicles from hazards. The high-strength steel post will ensure long-lasting functionality and enable you to use it in indoor and outdoor settings. Learn more about it below:

• Size Details: Our steel guardrail post has a tube structure that is 42-inch height, and 4″ in length and width. The tube is welded in the 5/8″ square steel base plate, which has a length and breadth of 10 inches each. Utilize these modular guardrail systems in indoor or outdoor settings, like warehouses, parking areas, roadsides, pedestrian walkways, production areas, etc.
• Durable Material: All steel tube posts are engineered from 1/4″ thick steel, which offers great durability and resilience. Further, to protect against changing weather and corrosion, we have coated the tube with yellow powder that prevents it. All these factors are to ensure long-lasting support. However, the posts are not UV-resistant.
• Compatible with 3-Ribbed Guardrails: These steel tube posts are designed specifically for 3-ribbed guardrails. It will seamlessly fit the mentioned guard rails, ensuring proper fit and optimal performance. You will need two posts for one guardrail and check the length of the guardrail before installation.
• Pre-Drilled Holes: To save you time, we have drilled bolt holes in the rail post and steel base plate. The number of holes on the two adjacent sides of the rail post is 18 (6 on three sides). You can anchor 3-rib guard rails seamlessly (sold separately) on these posts. Meanwhile, the 4 holes in the steel base plate are for mounting on the surfaces.
• Simple to Install: Install these rigid tube posts by drilling bolts via the steel plate holes. The bolt-on mounting style will enable you to fasten the rails securely in place, preventing shifting and movement. It will further eliminate the risk of shifting or falling. When installing these posts measure the length of the guard rail (to keep the appropriate distance between the posts).
