Description
Our shock absorber is a direct replacement for OEM part number 85000 and is designed to fit a wide range of trucks including Freightliner, Euclid, Hendrickson, Meritor, and Peterbilt. With an extended length of 17-1/4″ and a collapsed length of 11-1/2″, it provides a 5-3/4″ stroke length and features a dust tube for protection. Our shock absorbers can control spring movement, and keep the tires of your vehicles in contact with the road. Material
This shock absorber uses a chromed piston rod with a tolerance of less than 0.0004″ which is made using a high-strength, precision-controller steel. It provides excellent corrosion resistance to the shock absorber. The bulged outer tube design and D.O.M inner cylinder tubing reduce internal wear and increase durability and heat control of the shock.
- Double Lip Oil Seal Design: The suspension shock features a precision-controlled Nitrile double lip structure for high wear and pressure resistance. It ensures a leak-proof radial seal and increased product longevity. The cushioning below the guider further prevents piston damage, which leads to enhanced durability of this shock absorber.

Easy Installation
You can easily install this shock absorber using solid steel eye rings and arc-welded end mounts for tensile strength. Ensure that both the upper and lower mounting points (ES36) are clean and free of debris before installation to prevent bolt seizure. Follow manufacturer guidelines for correct installation and torque specifications to avoid overextension or damage.

The team will verify by doing a thorough inspection and if they find a defect that is covered in the above-mentioned warranty; the product will be replaced without any charge. We disclaim liability for labor or consequential damages of any nature. We request the customers to wait until the claim is resolved and settled from our end after the replacement is requested under warranty.
