Hassle-Free Install: The process of installing this Freightliner axle stop is straightforward; you can do it yourself. However, seeking professional help will be perfect. Check out the basic steps below:-
- Park the vehicle on a flat and stable surface, engage the parking brake, and block the wheels.
- Lift the front end of the vehicle for easier access (using a jack) if there’s a clearance issue, keeping a distance between the floor and the wheel.
- Remove the existing axle stop bumper if there are any. Locate the rubber stop mounted on the U-bolt front top plate, positioned between the axle and frame.
- Insert the rubber stop in the existing spring and push it inside the housings (you can use grease on tabs inside).
- Now, build wood blocks inside the spring to press and release the jack for the vehicle’s pressure to fit the bump stop.
- Do it one or two times for secure fitment.

18-Month Warranty – This product is covered for one year, 100,000 miles after the installation, or 18 months after the purchase, whichever comes first. The product’s warranty is only active when the parts have defective material or workmanship defaults. Inappropriate application will lead to the dismissal of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. If the customer wishes to return/replace this product under warranty, reach out to us. The team will verify by doing a thorough inspection, and if they find a defect that is covered in the above-mentioned warranty, the product will be replaced without any charge. We disclaim liability for labor or consequential damages of any nature. We request the customers to wait until the claim is resolved and settled from our end after replacement is requested under warranty.
