Installation Instructions
- Park the vehicle on a level surface.
- Turn off the engine and engage the parking brake.
- Disconnect the battery and sensor to restrict electrical mishaps.
- Remove the old cable (keep the existing hardware as it’s not included in our product).
- Attach the one end to the latch mechanism.
- Route the new one similarly, secure it using zip ties (not included).
- Connect the other side to the interior hood release lever.
- Test the cable before proper use, pull the handle to ensure the hood pops.
- Reinstall the panels and reconnect the battery.
