Unless specified otherwise, buyers/consumers need permission from your salesperson to initiate a return under warranty. We will replace any part without any charge only if our team finds a defect after a thorough examination. The warranty only covers only the replacement of defective parts (under the mentioned conditions), we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature. If the buyer/consumer decides to return the parts under this warranty then the buyer must agree to wait for us to settle the claim before deducting any amount from your payment to Mytee Products. Any further costs you incur without our approval won’t be covered.
