- Installation Instructions
- Place the vehicle on a level surface and open the driver-side door completely.
- Remove any interior panel or trim pieces if required and access the door latch assembly of the vehicle.
- Locate and remove the fasteners securing the existing latch assembly to the door frame. Carefully detach the latch mechanism from the door.
- Position the new LH door latch in the same orientation as the old one.
- Secure the latch by tightening the fasteners removed earlier. Ensure the latch is firmly in place, but avoid over-tightening.
- At the end, reassemble the door interior if removed in starting to access the latch assembly. Make sure all components are securely fastened and the door operates properly.
