Installation
Installing this shock absorber is easy, following standard safety precautions. Ensure the vehicle is lifted and stabilized properly before removing the old shock absorber. Align the upper and lower mounting points with the vehicle's suspension components and use the appropriate torque to fasten the bolts. Verify that the shock is mounted securely and test for proper damping.
When to Replace the Product
Consider replacing your shock absorber if you notice any of the following:
- Excessive bouncing or swaying of the vehicle.
- Leaking hydraulic fluid from the shock absorber.
- Uneven tire wear indicates improper suspension damping.
- A noticeable decrease in vehicle stability or control, especially when cornering or braking.
- If the shock absorber has passed its recommended mileage.
18-month Warranty: This product is covered for one year, 100,000 miles after the installation, or 18 months after the purchase, whichever comes first. The product’s warranty is only active when the parts have defective material or workmanship defaults. Inappropriate application will lead to the dismissal of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. If the customer wishes to return/replace this product under warranty, reach out to us. The team will verify by doing a thorough inspection and if they find a defect that is covered in the above-mentioned warranty; the product will be replaced without any charge. We disclaim liability for labor or consequential damages of any nature. We request the customers to wait until the claim is resolved and settled from our end after the replacement is requested under warranty.
